community to ensure we do NOT lose our way of life.
You may think this is not your fight, because you don't wear a designated club patch, NOT TRUE. You may have already been targeted or harassed just riding around town. It is important that you educate yourself that is our mission.
Did you know that the Federal Senate has defined a CRIMINAL STREET GANG as:
"a formal or informal group, organization, or association of 5 or more individuals"

Did you know that California has defined a CRIMINAL STREET GANG as
"any ongoing organization or group of 3 or more persons, whether formal or informal, having as one of its primary activities the commission of certain crimes. Having a common name, or common identifying sign or symbol, and whose members individually, or collectively engage in or have engaged in a pattern of criminal gang activity"

The California STEP Act is a series of laws designed to combat Los Angeles street gangs.
This law is being used improperly, WHY? Because recent California State budget cuts are devastating police budgets. Hence, law enforcement lobbyists, and opportunistic-elected officials (and candidates) have devised a scheme to create the illusion that Motorcycle Clubs are Gangs and that these imaginary MC Gangs are creating an imaginary siege that involves drug manufacturing, prostitution, other deplorable acts like human trafficking, murder for hire, and any other cartoon fantasy that they can make up. They take these cartoons and compile binders and give them to legislators and demand money for their police departments.
In other words the political community in law
enforcement has devised this scheme to fund their coffers and candidates on the
backs of the outlaw motorcycle club community in this time of financial crisis
for everyone, historically the Bike Rider Community has remained silent thru
these acts of war and police lobbyist are hoping and counting on us remaining
silent.

1%'er Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs and Outlaw Bike Riders are a community of people who have banned together and have designated ourselves as those who have chosen to live our ALTERNATIVE LIFESTYLE outside of the realm of the AMA and society at large.

In the 1940's Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs banded together as this 1% that chooses to live our alternative lifestyle, together, on the road, ROAD WARRIORS, outside of the mainstream.

We in the 1%'er OUTLAW Motorcycle Club Community are fighting to protect our own events, homes, families and CLUB MEMBERS from the gangs and criminals that are trying to infiltrate and dominate our Communities as well.

WE DON'T BELIEVE IN THE SYSTEM OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, THEIR SYSTEM DOES
NOT WORK.
We take care of our own problems!
WE ARE NOT REMAINING SILENT! WE ARE FIGHTING BACK (Politically and Legally)! WE ARE SPEAKING UP, SPEAKING OUT, AND TAKING ACTION. OUR PUNCHES IN THIS FIGHT WILL BE VOTERS REGISTRATION, RAISING POLITICAL CAPITAL, LOBBYING, SUPPORTING OUR CANDIDATES AND SUPPORTING ELECTED OFFICIALS THAT SUPPORT US. AND, WE ARE FIGHTING MICHAEL MUSICK'S CASE AND WE WILL BE FIGHTING THESE UGLY GANG CASES WHEREVER THEY APPEAR.

It's easy to start with Clubs, we're law abiding, sincere members of our communities. However, because we are organized, steadfast and responsible it makes us prime targets for the police and gangs because all of these components are intimidating and can be scary. The neighborhoods that we live in are typically the safest in our cities. We take care of our community.
